Unwritten laws of a colouring book

unwritten laws of a colouring book

If you somehow think what we call laws of attraction
Are the most dangerous rules that govern behaviour
You have obviously never owned a colouring book
The last one I brought is now covered in transparent sateen
And implemented vividly in a sentence with green orchid
Where all the world's a stage and you happen to be the actress

You must stay within the lines, read between the lies
And never use eyeliner in order to thicken the plotline

Tricky mistakes are only allowed when you are little
Therefore you either turn the page or just try new water ink
Please remember it's not always environmental friendly
For the simple reason water ink can paint watering portraits

Few years later colour blocking will be out of fashion
Because the 90-s had less shades than your childhood
While you persuade me monochrome is your colour
You may realise the dots are as pale as overcooked salmon
So you must often remind yourself not to lose the ribbon
If what you decide is to give me the book as accepted Present
